your spouse sign a waiver (to not have to be served by a sheriff or constable) and have it notarized? 5. Have
or will you and your spouse agreed to the terms of the divorce? 6. Will you and your spouse sign an agreed
divorce decree? 7. Do you agree that there are no retirement accounts being divided (general term for each
to keep what is in own name is fine)? 8. Is it true that all children, if any, that were born during the marriage,
were fathered by the husband? 9. Is it true that there is no real estate being divided in the decree? If
you are not able to answer yes to each of these questions, we cannot be sure that the products listed below are appropriate

generally how to file and how to finalize your divorce. Each court is unique and some may require additional forms.

are from the divorcing parties. Customized form sets must be used if there are children born during the marriage,
but not by the husband. This package includes the following professional forms using information you provide: waiver
or general denial answer, petition for divorce, agreed divorce decree, BVS form, Wage Withholding Order (as required by most
courts), Medical Support Order (as required by many courts), and an instruction sheet for filing and finalizing the divorce.
The fee includes additional provisions in the agreed final decree for Joint Managing Conservatorship or a Sole Managing
Conservator with possessory conservator, standard child support calculations and provisions, and a standard or expanded possession
order for visitation. Modified possession orders are
